Meet Marci
Welcome, I'm Marci, a dialogue coach turned nervous system nerd.
After a decade of working with bodies, language, and how the two connect, I became obsessed with the gap between where talk therapy leaves off and what people actually experience in their bodies day to day.
The Anxiety Apothecary is what I built to fill that gap.
Grounded in neuroscience, somatic practice, and yogic philosophy
(designed for people who have tried all the things and still don't feel okay).
